15-Minute Air Fryer Beef Kabobs: Quick & Flavorful Delight

Quick and tasty beef kabobs made in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix beef, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating pieces.
  4. Place skewers in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
