- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix beef, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Thread beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating pieces.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
