- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each tilapia fillet in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove and serve hot.
