- 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Coat each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
