- 1 pound chicken fillet, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken size.
- Serve with extra marinara for dipping.
- Can substitute chicken with turkey.
