- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheese, and salsa.
- Spread the mixture evenly on two tortillas.
- Top with remaining tortillas.
- Brush the outside of the tortillas with olive oil.
- Place the quesadillas in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and let cool for a minute before slicing.
Notes
- Use any leftover chicken for convenience.
- Customize with your favorite vegetables.
- Serve with extra salsa or guacamole.
