- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, garlic powder, ginger, and lime juice.
- Add chicken strips and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove and serve with sauce of choice.
