15-Minute Air Fryer Chicken Satay: Quick & Flavorful Delight

Quick and easy chicken satay made in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, garlic powder, ginger, and lime juice.
  2. Add chicken strips and marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Place skewers in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Remove and serve with sauce of choice.
