15-Minute Air Fryer Crispy Tofu: Crunchy Comfort in Minutes

Quick and easy crispy tofu made in an air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss gently.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy.
