- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cubed chicken to the marinade and mix well.
- Thread the chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Ensure the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden color.

- Serve with tzatziki or a side salad.
