- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Add chicken to the marinade and mix well.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; chicken should be cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Use chicken fillet if preferred.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
