15-Minute Air Fryer Meatball Subs That Will Wow You

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Warm marinara sauce in a saucepan.
  7. Toast sub rolls lightly in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
  8. Place meatballs in rolls, top with marinara and mozzarella.
  9. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
  10. Serve immediately.
