  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until shrimp are evenly coated.
  4. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Warm the tortillas in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
  8. Serve with lime wedges.
