- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and parsley.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- Try adding cooked sausage or crab for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
