15-Minute Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms: Irresistibly Delicious

Quick and tasty stuffed mushrooms made in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and parsley.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
