Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into nugget-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each tofu piece with olive oil.
  5. Dip the oiled tofu into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
  6. Place the nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove and serve hot.
