- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into nugget-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each tofu piece with olive oil.
- Dip the oiled tofu into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Place the nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Use extra-firm tofu for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
