- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic powder, ginger powder, and soy sauce.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges with water.
- Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
