Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic powder, ginger powder, and soy sauce.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges with water.
  5. Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through.
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
