15-Minute Air Fryer Veggie Frittata: Quick and Delicious Breakfast

A quick and easy frittata made in the air fryer with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add spinach, bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, and cheese to the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer safe dish.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
