Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine all vegetables.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  4. Thread the vegetables onto skewers.
  5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
