Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the acorn squash in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Brush the inside of the squash with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
  5. Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove and let cool before serving.
