Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the ahi tuna steaks dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the steaks.
- Place the tuna steaks in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.
- Remove and let rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add cayenne pepper.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
