- 2 ahi tuna steaks (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Coat the tuna steaks with the marinade.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides of the steaks.
- Place the tuna steaks in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
- Remove and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.

- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
