- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese, black beans, and bell peppers to the egg mixture.
- Warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave for easier folding.
- Divide the egg mixture among the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in the basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool for a minute.
- Slice in half and serve.
