Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the veggies with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Place the seasoned veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
