Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of kale, washed and dried
  • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the veggies with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
  3. Place the seasoned veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Check for crispiness and cook longer if needed.
  6. Remove and let cool before serving.
