- 2 medium acorn squashes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the acorn squashes in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the inside with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and cinnamon evenly.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Try adding maple syrup for a sweeter flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
