Ingredients

- 1 medium acorn squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the inside with olive oil.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cinnamon on top.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25 minutes or until tender.
- Remove and let it cool slightly before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Try adding maple syrup for sweetness.
