- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Add chopped almonds and mix well.
- Shape the dough into a log and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Let it cool, then slice into biscotti pieces.
- Return sliced biscotti to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

- Store biscotti in an airtight container.
- Can be served with coffee or tea.
