Air Fryer Almond Biscotti: 7 Steps to Irresistible Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Add chopped almonds and mix well.
  6. Shape the dough into a log and place it in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 15 minutes or until golden.
  8. Let it cool, then slice into biscotti pieces.
  9. Return sliced biscotti to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
