- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond milk, apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir until combined.
- Grease a muffin tin or silicone cups.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before removing from the cups.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes before serving.
- Use any type of milk you prefer.
