Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice apples into fry shapes.
  3. In one bowl, mix flour and cinnamon.
  4. In another bowl, place beaten egg.
  5. In a third bowl, add breadcrumbs and sugar.
  6. Dip apple slices in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  7. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  8. Place apple fries in the basket in a single layer.
  9. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  10. Remove and serve warm.
