Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice apples into fry shapes.
- In one bowl, mix flour and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, place beaten egg.
- In a third bowl, add breadcrumbs and sugar.
- Dip apple slices in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place apple fries in the basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and serve warm.
