- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 2 apples, peeled and diced

- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Place a spoonful of apple mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to create triangles and seal edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place turnovers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

- Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent filling from leaking.
- Serve warm with ice cream or caramel sauce.
