Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Add steak cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
