- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add steak cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
