Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and coat with cornstarch.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate longer.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
