Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the avocados into wedges.

  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each avocado wedge in the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  6. Place the coated avocado fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove and serve warm.
