Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add peanut butter, crumbled bacon, eggs, and milk. Stir until combined.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fill muffin cups with batter, about 2/3 full.
  5. Cook in air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
