Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

- Wrap each medallion with a slice of bacon.
- Place the wrapped medallions in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the pork is cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
