Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a bagel and create a hole in the center.
- Brush the bagels with beaten egg.
- Place bagels in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove and let cool slightly.
- Spread cream cheese on top before serving.
