- 1 cup plain yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a minute.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a rope and form a circle to create a bagel.
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket.
- Brush with egg wash and add toppings if desired.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftover bagels in an airtight container.
- Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes.
