Air fryer bagels: 22-Minute Joy of Homemade Goodness

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional toppings (sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a minute.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  6. Roll each piece into a rope and form a circle to create a bagel.
  7. Place the bagels in the air fryer basket.
  8. Brush with egg wash and add toppings if desired.
  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Store leftover bagels in an airtight container.
