Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup and mix well.
  4. If desired, stir in nuts or chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits your air fryer.
  6. Place the dish in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the oats are set and golden on top.
