- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk or milk alternative
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, milk, mashed banana, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Add honey or maple syrup and mix well.
- If desired, stir in nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits your air fryer.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the oats are set and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
