- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix walnuts, pistachios, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Layer phyllo dough and brush with melted butter.
- Add a spoonful of the nut mixture on the phyllo layers.
- Fold and cut the dough into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, water, and bring to a boil.
- Pour the syrup over the hot baklava bites.
