Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.

Notes

  • Marinate overnight for best results.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Chicken can be substituted with tofu for a vegetarian option.
