Ingredients

- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
Notes
- Marinate overnight for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Chicken can be substituted with tofu for a vegetarian option.
