Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and melted butter.
  2. Add vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Stir in sugar and beaten egg, then mix until smooth.
  4. Add flour and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
  6. Set the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.
