- 4 pieces of white fish fillets (e.g., cod, haddock)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and water.
- Dip each fish fillet into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the battered fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
