Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic powder, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the beef in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add broccoli florets to the basket and air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if necessary.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
