- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the beef into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the beef strips to the marinade and ensure they are well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°F (70°C).
- Place the marinated beef strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 3 to 4 hours, checking periodically for desired texture.
- Once done, remove and let cool before storing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Make sure the beef is cut against the grain for tenderness.
