Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the beef strips to the marinade and ensure they are well coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 160°F (70°C).
  6. Place the marinated beef strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 3 to 4 hours, checking periodically for desired texture.
