- 2 pounds beef ribs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the beef ribs.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush barbecue sauce on the ribs during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of the ribs.
- Let the ribs marinate for a few hours for more flavor.
- Serve with additional barbecue sauce on the side.
