Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the beef stew meat with olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chopped onion, carrots, and potatoes to the bowl and mix well.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Pour in the beef broth and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Check for tenderness and adjust seasoning if needed.

- Let the stew rest for a few minutes before serving.
- You can add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
