  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel the onion and cut off the top, leaving the root intact.
  3. Make 12 cuts in the onion, about 1/2 inch apart, to create petals.
  4. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Dip the onion in the buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  6. Spray the onion with cooking spray and coat with breadcrumbs.
