- 1 large onion
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the onion by cutting off the top and peeling it.
- Make 12-16 cuts in the onion to create petals.
- Soak the onion in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip the onion in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and back into the flour mix.
- Place the onion in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
