Air Fryer Blueberry Muffins: 5 Steps to Fluffy Perfection

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and egg.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  6. Line muffin cups with liners and fill with batter.
  7. Place muffin cups in air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

  • Use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
