Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
