Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh in the flour mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place chicken thighs in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double coat the chicken.
