Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each chicken wing in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Brush wings with buffalo sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
