- 1 pound boneless chicken wings
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken wing in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush wings with buffalo sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Notes
- Serve with celery and ranch dressing.
- Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller wings.
