  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each mushroom in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Spray mushrooms lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove from air fryer and serve hot.
