- 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each mushroom in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray mushrooms lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any type of mushrooms you prefer.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
